Information you choose to send
Our request forms collect your name, contact details, delivery address, requested service and placement notes. You may optionally include a photo of the delivery area. Avoid including people, identification documents or unrelated private information in a photo.
Why we need it
We use these details to review your request, contact you and arrange the requested service. A request is saved in WordPress and sent to our business email. An uploaded photo is attached to that email rather than added to the public media library.
Website operation
Request forms use a security token and temporary request identifiers. Temporary anti-spam counters use a keyed hash of the connecting IP address. Your website host and email provider also process technical information needed to operate their services.
Questions about your information
Contact hello@binserved.ca about information submitted through this website, including a correction or removal request. Do not submit payment-card information; this website does not collect online payment.
